If you book a party package at jerZjump, you may only bring in a cake or cupcakes.  No other outside food is allowed.

For your convenience, we have a variety of beverage options for your purchase. We're sorry, but you may not bring your own drinks to the party. *For your safety and enjoyment, food and/or beverages are not permitted in the jump zones.

If you are not purchasing our popular jerZjump goodie bags you are welcome to bring your own. You may also bring in your own balloons. We would be happy to inflate your balloons for $.75 each.

To avoid additional charges, we require at least 14 days advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your party (your party must be rescheduled within 2 months of the original party date). If you cancel or reschedule your party within 13 days of your party date, you will be responsible for 50% of the total party price If you cancel or reschedule your party within 7 days of your party date you will be responsible for 100% of the total price. Please remember that your deposit is non-refundable - no exceptions.

Yes - all parties at jerZjump are private for you and your guests. Even our jump rooms have 12 foot high wallseparating your special event from anyone else in the facility.

We will contact you 5 days prior to your party to confirm the number of guests for your party.

Yes - you can order additional pizza and other food options for the adults attending your party.

It's very simple. Either come in, call us, or click here to give us details about your special day.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your jerZjump party. The balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

You may invite up to 24 guests. The birthday child and all adults play for free and are not included in your guest count. We also offer custom party packages for other special events.

There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers.

You and your guest should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your schedule party to allow time to check in and view the jerZump safety video.

The party host is required to stay for the entire party. Other adults are also welcome to stay and have fun!

Unfortunately, we cannot extend your play time in the party, but they are welcome to stay in our open play area for 50% off.

Since full tummies and jumping don't mix, our parties begin in the jump zones.

A staff member is available throughout your entire time in the party room.

You can bring your own decorations and/or paper products in the party room. To preserve the integrity of our party rooms, we do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti or pinatas.
